Yorba Linda Water District selects Nobel Systems Inc. to undertake the Needs Assessment for the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) implementation. The Needs Assessment primary goal is to analyze the existing Information Systems of the Yorba Linda Water District, assess its critical Business processes it supports and finally define the metrics that would fulfill all the present and future business needs. Nobel Systems will develop an RFP that supports the defined metrics and assist in a proper selection of a CMMS vendor. The RFP development will be preceded by two major components, Assessment and Key Metrics Development. Nobel Systems will assist the Yorba Linda Water District in the selection of the CMMS Vendor and in the integration of the vendor software into the Districts Information Systems, ensuring that all the key metrics defined are met in the implementation. |
