"Due to the quality, competitive pricing and overall dependability, Rancho California Water District opted to have Nobel maintain our data for us. It was easier and less expensive than staffing up to maintain the data ourselves."

Nobel Systems, San Bernardino, CA, US, wins the Development of Mabalacat Water District Phase-II GIS Project at Philippines
April 2010 - San Bernardino, CA

Mabalacat Water District (MWD), Philippines awarded the contract to Nobel Systems to continue the development of GIS of its water facility in a phased manner in the District service area.

Mabalacat City in Pampanga (Central Luzon) was one of the seven Water Districts in the project that was undertaken by Nobel, by the grant provided by the US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) for "Information Technology Application for Non-Revenue Water Reduction” during the Year 2008.

The current project awarded is Phase-II and covers an approximate 50 sq. km. area in the Barangay area. The scope of work is to clean-up the digital landbase provided, convert the water features from the asbuilts provided as sources, into a GIS and also create a Leak Database record.

This is a major effort by the District in its commitment to better serve its residential and business communities for many years to come. Mabalacat Water District (MWD) chose Nobel to successfully realize their objectives of the project and also prepare for future long-term goals, based on Nobel’s successful completion of the earlier phase of work.
