News   2009 Manila Water Company, Manila, Philippines selects Nobel, to implement structuring their Water and Sewer facility data sets to a standard ESRI Data Model and that would also be compliant with ESRI Arc FM. Nobel will also host both the Water and Sewer Data sets on Nobel’s proprietary web based application GeoViewer Online in the Manila Water Company’s ArcGIS Server. - October 2009 East Valley Water District (EVWD) selects Nobel to implement the state-of-the-art Geographic Information Systems (GIS) - August 2009 Yorba Linda Water District selects Nobel Systems Inc. to undertake the Needs Assessment for the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) implementation. - August 2009
